True but I wouldnt turn my nose up at a Bentley, Aston or Roller. They have a TVR Chimera in there at the moment as one of their customers was mug-enough to buy it second hand. The dealer told me that the chap had bought it in for them to tune and check out as it was "behaving strangely". They have found so much wrong with it, it is "unbelievable" I was told...........my reply to them was that if they sold TVR then they would find anything is believable |

Very true... an ex-colleague of mine had to have the engine in his TVR rebuilt twice before they wanted to provide him with a new, replacement vehicle. Unsurprisingly, he didn't want it.

I have no idea. All I know is that despite me being a really insignificant customer (financially speaking) compared to their Bentley and Roller customers, I am treated really well. They even use my first name and share their jokes and moans about other customers with me (as you live in Germany, you will understand what a customer-service breakthrought this is!! ). Having worked with and for investment bankers, Ceo types and company owners, I appreciate that most are a bunch of money grabbing, two faced, backstabbing B******* they are, almost without exception. Auto Konig in Anzing are top-class (they even offered me one of their staff ice creams when it was hot ) |

I still have this blasted "resonance" coming out of the engine, gearbox, transmission area. The area rep from Landrover has told German Landrover customer services that there is no noise. The gearbox specialist said that there is a noise but it is definately not the gearbox. I take the car back in again tomorrow to see if they can find out what is causing it or at least what is making it!

Hi Angel. Sorry to hear that you have to fit a new exhaust, bit bloody pricey though out here the price for the part is probably 40 cents with the other 849.60 euros made up in labour!
