normally removing the passenger light would reveal the short? loom and enable fitment, so I would do that as step one. (need to anyway to remove bumper)

Just the plug for the lamp and a single connected plug and socket for the sensors. A thick bundle of cables coming through a gromit for the sensors and i guess on to those 3 sockets behind the bumper. Im gonna have to get that bumper off and i suspect i'll end up replacing the existing loom.

Yes i think it is the right kit.ive nothing to attach to the green plug behind the panel. Anyone know what that bit is? It is currently wired to something.

so if yours has no sockets at the rear from that photo someone has taken them off as that looks very much like the towing set up so you would be better to start from scratch you should not need to remove the bumper you can feed the cables everywhere without removal and know at least it is all safe Thumbs Up

So the cabling I took out was original.

Once untangled and cut away I was left with the green socket that feeds the light block and the rear parking sensors.

Taking out the old cabling and the freeing up the threads in the nuts to attach the sockets(bit rusty) was what took the most time. But ultimately all done and avoided removing the bumper.

Many thanks for the support, without it I suspect I'd still be pondering what to do about it.

Cheers! Smile Thumbs Up
