Thanks. Yes i can see the loom coming through there. Its all taped up with the reverse sensors as what looks original? So you think take it out start again? |

well normally when the light is removed, you see the parking sensor plug

Just the plug for the lamp and a single connected plug and socket for the sensors. A thick bundle of cables coming through a gromit for the sensors and i guess on to those 3 sockets behind the bumper. Im gonna have to get that bumper off and i suspect i'll end up replacing the existing loom. |

so someone has had a tow bar fited and half removed it by the sounds of it with the 2 grey plugs having cables attached and a set of fuses in the boot if i were you i would strip it all put and start again with your kit i assume you bought a specific kit for the sport |

Yes i think it is the right kit.ive nothing to attach to the green plug behind the panel. Anyone know what that bit is? It is currently wired to something. |

so if yours has no sockets at the rear from that photo someone has taken them off as that looks very much like the towing set up so you would be better to start from scratch you should not need to remove the bumper you can feed the cables everywhere without removal and know at least it is all safe |
