Dunno about MOT fail but you can buy the same rear ACE from a place in Wimbledon for about £790 - have a look on eBay.

Hey Pufftmw....Well they did actually change the rear ARB bushes a few weeks a go under warranty but didn't mention the leak on the rear ACE bar. Not surprising really that they weren't forthcoming with any other issues on the car, so i took it to a local Land Rover specialist who gave the car a health check which is where it was spotted as the fluid level in the bar was <min.

Mine started to leak then after buying a new ACE bar it just stopped lol so now it's just sitting in the garage waiting hope I neve have to use it 61 AB 5.0 supercharged rocket

no no no I looked it's half way between the marks it never moved much at all when leaking just the odd drip on the drive oncevever 2 days 61 AB 5.0 supercharged rocket

Yes it is an mot failure, My front one was leaking with clear signs of fluid loss, it failed the mot and was replaced, now 2 years latter my rear has signs of oil vapour which the mot guys noticed but said had it actually had oil droplets on it, they would of failed it. |

many thanks for the advice and updates guys...having only had the car for 8 weeks , im hoping that garage does replace this under warranty. |
