Just thought I'd introduce myself. I am a long time admirer of Range Rover Sports and have been lurking here for over three years but never joined as I was not in a position to buy - that's about to change though

My experience of selling my cars to LR dealerships in London is that they love having used cars from Scotland and the north of England as there are usually far less paint dings and scratches on them than on cars that have lived a hard life in traffic in the south and south east. I get way better trade in valuations from London dealerships than those at home in Scotland, even from companies like Lookers who have Scottish and English outlets. Hence why most of my RR's have come from Lookers Park Royal or Grange Garage in Barnet they are way more generous than the Scottish Dealerships with discount and trade in values. I gave up using my local excellent dealership because they just wouldn't match the financials being offered in the south. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

As an RRS owner for the past 6 years and FFRR for 11 years before that, I thought I'd say hello. Hello!

Hi. My wife got an Evoque recently and I'm taken with it's bigger brothers. I think my next car is going to be a FFRR or RRS. Unfortunately I might have to save up for a while. |
