It needs a diagnostic tool to calibrate it, but you also need to get the alignment done ASAP. Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

is there anyway to physically check the abs sensors or does it need plugging in for this ? |

Needs to be plugged in to read the data from them, but you could check for physical damage to the wiring etc. I think it highly likely that the issue is the SAS and/or alignment though. Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

Hi , i had the same problem, start the car up and do full left lock , and then full right lock, also check brake pad wear sensors...

The steering angle sensor needs calibrated using a diagnostic machine, not by working the steering lock to lock |

Had the same problem, changed the brake light switch under the dash and all was well again RRS SUPERCHARGED, 22 INCH ALLOYS, JAVA BLACK, FULLY COLOUR CODED

A blown brake light bulb can throw an HDC error too. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
