RRS is essentially the same, but has dampers between the body and chassis |

If the warranty covers up to £5k, that is enough to replace both turbos |

Thanks Disco Mikey, was also thinking the same, I know they are going to ask me to get it back to them so they will try to do things themselves, however they are not specialists I am going to insist that I can use a local garage to me, as detailed in the sale of goods act, and agreed when I tool out their underwritten warranty. Also don't want to be driving it over 300 miles like that, may cause damage? Anything else we should be looking at when it is in body off stages, are brake pipes worth replacing, anything else you would recommend, last garage who serviced it said the suspension light was coming on, linked to the dynamic control system, think they said wishbones may be the issue, guess that should be getting investigated at the same time. The car (as described by the garage who di the diagnostics) immaculate, just hoping I have not bought a pup underneath! |
