I'm going to guess , press the heated rear window button and see what happens .

I thought they came on automatically depending on temperature, although not 100% on this. 2015 HSE SDV6 Scotia Grey, ebony / lunar, colour coded, deployable steps, TV, sliding pano and a few other bits. Now gone

I believe they do come on if the temperature is lower than 5C. AFAIK they should also come on if the front wipers are on constantly and/or the rear screen demister is on. Arrived: MY16 A/B SDV6 in Aruba, Ivory interior, piano black trim, black panoramic roof, spare wheel, blind spot monitoring, mudlaps and more...

We where driving through heavy rain today and couldn't fine any way of clearing mirrors without wiping them

Scriv, did you get them to work, having same issue, front and rear heated window switch not doing much

Yes all sorted mine do seem to work when the rear heated screen is switched on

IIRC (I'm only 6000 miles away from my car at the moment!) the heaters will also come on if you press the MAX button on the heating and ventilation controls - the button that does the rapid defrost and warm up in the winter. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
