Very Nice, I bought some of the same lettering a while back but never got around to fitting them as were undecided how they would look.

Thanks guys, I was a bit of two minds about the chrome lips, but I ordered both the black and the dual tone ones, I went with them. Lukes spray tips were really cool to look to when I started this. |

Hardest part for me was getting the tiny curves - I used any amount of tapes to get it done with a blade. I was uncertain if it would peel off right, but it all worked great, would love to find other things to spray now, I've got the bug! |

Hi, That No. 4 100 grit will rip the primer to bits. The lower the grit number the rougher the cut. Use a 600 between the primer coat and the colour coat. Give the primer coat a day to thoroughly dry. Did you know the side vent panels unclip the mesh from the surround itisme |

ok so some pics of the front grille process. left the clear coat to dry for a few days before polishing this time, weather slows the progress.

i'm started doing them at the weekend. Only one layer of clear coat on them thus far as i ran out of the stuff, gonna be tough to polish them though given all the lumps and bumps. i may well just clear coat them and not sand them, otherwise they may look very uneven. we'll see. Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
