local mechanic checking bushes

Evening all

i have a few knocks on my 06 sport and from reading the very helpful posts on here suspect the bushes are worn,

So, theres a local garage that used to service/mot my bmw that i thought i would ask to check the bushes etc.

But, having stumbled across the thread about the correct jacking procedure for changing wheels etc and numerous posters suggesting damage can be done to the compressor by in-correct lifting am now a bit worried that he may cause damage on his lift,

Anything to worry about or not Question

BTW i wish i had something to pay back in so to speak

Best done using a lever with car on ramp with wheels taking weight of the car so the suspension is in the normal position.

Then gradually take more weight of car under chassis jacking points and check bushes as wheels take less and less weight.

Duff anti-roll bar bushes are easily spotted by the slack.
