but next time you hear the noise and need pads you'll need a disc as well |

In my defence, this is the first car I've owned with brake pad sensors, so I'm used to checking the wear myself. In the same way, I don't wait until the 'low oil light' comes on to warn me the oil's running low, I check that myself too.

I always thought that if the low level light came on then it's a bit to late, (this is coming from my zed cars) that if light comes on then the oil is empty not low, thus causing more damage. Surly oil should be checked on a weekly basis and not assume the waring light will come on. |

Ive had my front pad sensors come on and they seem to be no where near needing changing.. but the sensor has work through so im a bit miffed there.. |

Is the spring a separate part then? i assume this doesn't come with the new sensor? if not then oh I cant say i noticed any kind of spring fitting, but then again wasn't really looking for any thing like that. |

yeehaa, found the problem it was me a ham fisted muppet, when pushing the male connector into the female connector, I managed to bend one of the small pins |
