Hi,
I live in Devon,now an owner of a MY13 Sport.
previously had an 06,the MY13 is a revelation against the old one,totally different beast.
Had FFRR's, and Discovery for years,and have a Def 90 as well.
Just to add the Forum is a great help with all the info posted.

hI all I've got a 2005 range rover sport hse with suspension fault light on
The history of problem is couple of weeks ago battery light came on but couldn't
Get it booked in straight away.anyway on my way to to work the suspension light came on
Then several other warning light before the car died completely
AA came to me and diagnosed alternator had shorted.
Had alternator fixed which turned out to be the rectifier and car all ok until the other day
When the suspension fault keeps coming on again
I've read different sites and battery/ compressor muffler keeps coming up as the possible cause
Has anybody else had this problem before I start spending my hard earned cash.

Been a fast Audi owner for some years but picking up on Friday a Black 07 TDV8 with 40k on her and some nice cosmetics and additions including full colour coding exterior and interior black on black Piano including a matching leather wheel. Shes got some brand new 2010 alloys with new contis on and a 12 month warranty etc etc. Im looking into whether to go dealer or specialist on these cars. Suggestions please?? I live on the Berks/. Wilts border. Cheers

Been a huge fan of the RR Sport Had one of my own once upon a time but it was vandalized unfortunately would love to own another though..Looking forward in looking at other members rides on here..

I just made the final payment on our 07 TDV8 HSE, we collect it from williams on Sat next week, hope ive made the right choice in the TDV8, w'eve owned a couple of 2.7 tdv6 discoveries and a 58 RRS 2.7 S and three commercial TD5's so know the brand of landrover.

Ive been reading up on the forum on the various mods to aid performance and looks so the first plan is a phone call to Pete Bell for one of his tuning boxes and then get the FBH mod box soon after.

Are there any niggles or common faults to look for, our 07 plate has done 69K with one owner and full guy salmon history

I'm looking to buy a 2007/2008 RRS TDV8 for around £25k. I have a few questions.
1. Does anyone know a good place in Oxfordshire for servicing or repairs?
2. One of the TDV8's I'm looking at has 22 inch wheels. I don't really like the look of these. What is the standard wheel/tyre combination for a 2007/2008 TDV8.
3. Any common faults/issues I should watch out for?

Hello to you all!! New member on here. Not yet a RRSport owner but looking and enjoying all the posts on this forum. Must admit to being torn between buying an older RRSport and not committing too much cash or getting a newer commandshift with the much more attractive interior. Oh, decisions LOL!!

I am passionate about the brand Land Rover for over 25 years
I owned one in the early RR 2.5 VM, then a P38 DSE, a 90 td5 Higlander and 2 TD5 discovery outrider. Now I have a RR Sport HSE TDV8 RR and classic 3.9l V8.
RRS TDV8 this is a fantastic car, powerful and quiet at the same time.
I appreciated a lot of the polivalence Disco TD5 but I fell into ecstasy with this vehicle.
I am also president of an association whose aim is to participate in endurance races in Land rover Discovery to the creation of the association and now RR classic V8 3.9l naturally.
I am also passionate about mechanics and I rarely go to the dealership.
I am looking for the workshop documentation Sport TDV8 RR, so if any of you had I would be very interested in buying him. or even if you know where I can obtain it you could tell me. Thank you in advance.

Yes get some pictures up in "my range rover sport" it's sounds very tidy!
