Hi all. Got my new RRS in April and have been semi-lurking since. Got a MY12 3.0TDV6 HSE in Firenze Red (which incidentally is not offered as an option in the profile list for colours when I registered on this forum just now).

Hi and welcome if your motor is a MY12 then it will be a SDV6 and not a TDV6

One week into ownership of a 2008 HST, so far it is by far and away the best car I have ever owned.

The trim levels plus the piece of mind that the better half and the toddler are in basically a tank which will not get bogged down in the snow is amazing.

I will put up a couple of pics in the my range rover subject, but wanted to thank you all - I have been lurking here for months while agonizing over what to buy (it was an RRS or an RS4, two very different prospects I know) and the collective knowledge and experience here have hopefully guided me to a good purchase.

I have been running my 2006 s/c for 2 years now and still love it like I did on the first day.

Have just started prep work to paint all plastics black, including front grill and inside headlights (won't be fitting halos). The side vent surrounds will be black but I will leave the 'blades' in silver.
Plan to convert to 2012 Piano black rear lights and refurbish wheels to Anthracite.
Interior will simply get the silver parts and door pulls painted Java black (if this doesn't go well then I'll have to buy Piano black
Final mod is a Magnaflow cat back system

All work should be finished over the Christmas break when it will get a full paint refurb (clay bar, etc.)

I love it too much to sell it but don't want to get bored either

hi everybody new to the forum, just joined, been reading for a coupled of weeks now, im john, i have a rrs 4.2 supercharger in java black, i have owned her now for over 3 years love it to bits, trouble is the headlights have never done there dance ever since iv'e owned the car, i have had a print out from team valley land rover in gateshead and it has the adaptive headlights and xenons the full works, any body have any ideas what could be the problem, the cornering lights work, the xenons just don't dance on start up, any help would be appreciated rrs 4.2 supercharged, 1st edition, 2005 fully loaded, sunroof ivory leather, square piano black steering wheel, voice activated computer system, java black, with black stormer alloys, hst square exhaust tips, piano lack wood interior, harman karman prologic 7 sounds,

I have recently purchased a friends Rimini Red 2.7 Sport HSE, absolutely love it. Although I have a few Landies at the moment, this is the 1st Sport. I am toying with the idea of getting myself a new autobiography. But we shall see........

I am all too aware of the reliability issues these cars appear to have, but I guess we wouldn't be buying them if we actually cared?

I am looking to change a few bits on the car, as my friend seems to have an addiction with colour chrome accessories, which I personally do not like. 1st on the list is to get some Autobiography bumpers.........
