So the blender is located at my left leg, but I need to remove all the bits on my right leg side...
So this is the only way to get to the left blender on a LHD.

I might be getting confused with which side needs doing, but as far as I know, once you have removed most of the centre console, you can remove either side trim individually.

I guess being LHD, you're talking about removing what is your driver's side blend motor, so no worries about my comment earlier about the glove box removal.

Yep! It's on my LHD side. How long did you spend on the removing/installing bit? My dealer shoud be able to do the job in around 2 hours? RRS 2006 2.7 HSE

I've not gone as far as you'll need to, but I reckon the console can be stripped bare in less than one hour. It seems scary at first because you sometimes have to pull quite hard to get the clips to release, and you spend more time fishing for them when they've fallen out than anything else. I am not sure about the side panel, but I have a feeling it either pulls up, or back towards the rear of the car to release, don't be tempted to pull it sideways (left-right) or you'll break the tabs that hold it onto the center console from what I could see when my console was apart.

I'd get a few spare clips if I were you.

Had a go with the center consoll today.
Took my 10 min to remove the consoll, left airvent, plastic under the steering wheel.

Didn't find out how to remove the large plastic cover that goes from front to back. Its prob behind there the left blend motor is hiding:) Am I right? Anuone knows how to remove this? Its like 2 covers sitting on top of eachother. One that goes down from the vents and sitting ontop of the large side cover.

So If my dealer is using 6 hours to do this is a big joke! RRS 2006 2.7 HSE

Do you mean the long one that slopes down towards the footwell and comes up along the radio more or less ? If so, you have to pull it towards the back of the car, pretty much horizontally. There are three clips iirc, but it takes quite a lot of force to pull it, and not many places to put your fingers behind it.

yes!

I tried to pull but was not sure it was the right way:)

But with a hard pull I can release the large panel to access the blend motor? RRS 2006 2.7 HSE

I presume you're talking about the curved and sloping bit pointed to by the red arrow in the picture below (slightly above the arrow point) ?
If so, it comes out in the direction of the green arrows.

Now the big panel (behind the orange arrows) either pulls up or back towards the rear of the car, but definitely not towards the driver/passenger door, you'll break clips.

If you have the console removed, look behind the panel, you should spot the clips and see which way they go.

From memory: Two torx screws to remove the lid on top of the fridge, remove the grey covers, check for screws on front of fridge, but I don't think there are any, then yank fridge upwards, it's held in place by four clips underneath it.

Before you yank it up, disconnect the wiring to it.

Not sure what next steps are for getting the panels off.

Going to buy the blend motor part tomorrow.
After some research I think this is what needs to be done:

time: around 3 hours.

1. Remove centerconsoll and gearnob.
2. Remove chubby box(fridge)
3. Remove left airvent.
4. Remove panel under dashboard, side panel ut to airvent and the large panel from footwell to fridge

Some dudes in the US forum said that my LHD sport had the left blendmotor on the glovebox side.......sounds strange but could it be that the left motor is not on the steeringwheel side? RRS 2006 2.7 HSE
