Snowski, Glad you got the kit fitted ok. MPG is not normally worse from blanking the EGR's and some report a gain, However if the garage has done a hard driving road test before handing you the car back it could show low for the next few miles untill it settles with your normal driving again.

Yes and it's a big frustration p0402 appear and then 4 other codes( all relating to loosing coms with engine ecu)that gives 4 warning lights and then suspension lowering as explained in my post http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic77360.html

I am pretty sure I read on a Jag forum that they uses a 7mm hole, however I think that is with one EGR valve, so if you are drilling holes in 2 EGR valve then i would assume you would need 2 hole with half the area of the 7 mm hole.

Thanks SRE, can you remember if that's in the erg blanking plate or the Buttefly valve? Because I would want to avoid hole in the blanking plate, because the objective with this mod was to avoid exhaust gasses going back into the inlet manifold.

Now your asking, I think it was in the blanking plate, I will have to do a little googleing, see if I can find it again. In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport. |

Ok, than you are fine with the EGR blanking, I think I also got the P0402 (will check again later), but no check engine light, and no change in behavior, so all is well. Have no idea what could be wrong with the Suspension issue, here a summary of the codes: ABS & Air suspension U0401 : Invalid Data Received from ECM/PCM A - Event information: Check ECU for errors Terrain Response : U0416 : Invalid Data Received From Vehicle Dynamics Control Module, Check ABS for Errors Instrument: U0132: Lost Communication With Suspension Control Module "A" - Missing message, Check Ride Level Control Module Body Control : B1D17 : Lost communication with BBUS (Battery Backed Sounder) I can check what ECU software I have, but I don't think it will help here.
