You mean why I modified it? Ok back then (1989) I was a young pilot crazy about speed but with little money for a really quick car. Initially I wanted to have a Peugeot 205 1.9 but those days cars in Greece were extremely expensive and banks didn't finance the purchase of a car. So i got my fathers old car (the LADA) and worked with some friends to put a FIAT 131 Supermirafiori engine with the 5 speed gearbox from Fiat 124 coupe. It was a perfect much and worked without problems. It was fast, fun and I learned how to drive a RWD car very fast through the corners. I kept the car for almost two years and then I got in my possession a Toyota Celica. Nice days when you had the capability to play with carburetors and other mechanical staff. 1972 Mini 850 - I was 17 and didn't like the colour (light blue) So hand painted it Black put a red stripe off-set over the roof & bonnet, Painted the wheels Gold |

1967 MGB in Tartan Red, new leather interior, new black hood. Unfortunately it had chrome sill covers that were hiding the fact that the sills were rusting, water came through the windscreen and the bulkhead had holes in it |
