Just get this thing right. Does it mean that you will end up paying £1900 a year after 2011 for the warranty?

My much missed 911 was covered by the superb Porsche warranty with full roadside assistance for a very reasonable £975.

I have asked James Edwards about an extended warranty on my car and was advised by their service manager not to bother and save my money, I was quite happy to purchase an extended warranty but he said that most things are not covered and they had more complaints about people thinking the extended warranty covered their car like a new landrover cover..... I think I will take his advice...the man must know! |

As far as I can remember, when the Porsche had its warranty extended in year 4, the level of cover was exactly the same as when the car was new. You were also allowed to renew the warranty until the car was 10 years old. That to me shows Porsche were confident of the reliability of their products?
