What parts more likely to fail does that price then exclude if any...Is the gearbox, or any other part of the transmission priced higher than that? |

Car will be out of warranty 2011 and as long as I dont get to many more suspension failure, I can see me keeping this car until she is 5 years old. The Landrover Warranty IMHO is worth the money, so yes when its time extened I will

That's nice to read Red, too many folks write off the RRS as pointless/useless/worthless against the German competition.............................. that is until they actually drive one of course. I'm a bit biased towards Land Rovers having owned 7 of them now in the last 13 years, but I have also been for test drives in various Audi/BMW/Mercedes/Jeep equivalents and still return to Land Rover every time. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it 2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced 2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW |

2nd i have been going through the Allianz vehicle warranty, there does not seem to be any associated ceiling/limit on repairs. It has the standard clauses about components subject to fair wear and tear, modification, not servicing as per manufacturers schedule and using the right people to do it etc, but does not provide an exhaustive list. Limit is 60,000 K's or 36 months in excess of standard warranty period and/or manufacturers KM coverage, or a total limit of 160,000 Kilometres. Total cost for 3 years was $2120 Australian, that kicks in on 29th March.. Cheers Jim Another Pommie Bar Steward down under MY20 Defender 110 SE P400 Eiger/Ebony MY10 3.0 RRS TDv6 Fuji/Ebony/Anigre |
