Lots and lots and lots of posts about chipping on the technical and mods sections - if you look at the top of this page there is an orange bar under the main banner, if you move your mouse over the words there they are clickable links to other parts of the forum and if you click on "Search" a new window with a search engine for the site will open, there are so many "chipping" post here that you will have a whole evening of reading if you refine your search to the Technical, General and Modifications sections. I would also suggest that you join our sister site

So it isn't "just" a Supercharged then Welcome to the TDV8 world Dave (and to these forums) It isn't the 0-60 that is so impressive it's the in gear acceleration that puts the "permagrin" on your face, especially when you consider the 3.1tonnes it has to get shifting - 0.5t more than a Supercharged! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it 2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced 2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW |

I did the same thing recently to a group of lads in a Java RRSPORT a couple of weeks ago on the A811 Stirling to Loch Lomond road! They pulled out to overtake the old guy in his Stornoway HSE RRS but kinda got blown into the weeds and just couldn't catch up when I wellied it, so I assumed their's was a TDv6 version! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
