Welcome mate......OCD car cleaner too, so interested to hear what you do. Sold my RRS earlier this year. Miss it sometimes. Am sure you'll love your new car. Looks amazing when polished!! |

Hello guys my name is Fred and my father is an owner of a 2011 RRS HSE CommandShift TDV6 3.0L, He has only recently attained it as his old car [2007 RRS HSE TDV8 3.6L] was smashed into by Joyriders in a Jaguar [going over 100mph in a 20 zone] whilst he was sleeping. I will probably post pictures of this on a later date. I have passed my test a year ago now and haven't really drove since... I am trying to get put on as a named driver on his company insurance policy, they will allow me to drive all of his vans [and let me put my own car onto the policy] but just not the private cars [his and another range rover vogue] because they are usually insured for only people aged 30+ but on his policy it is 25+ and I am only 18... It is understandable and im probably just going to have to drool in the passenger seat for a few more years sadly, they wouldn't even quote me they just outright said it is impossible [Dixions commercial insurance but insured by AXA] hopefully will be getting my own car soon and work my way up to my dream of an ONYX or Revere RRS.

Morning Folks, New for the forums so thought I'd say hello! I'm Paul and not yet a RRS owner. I'm losing my company car at the end of October and have been a RRS fan for a couple of years now - so finally I will be taking the plunge and getting one of my own. October cant come soon enough! I'm getting very envious!

Hi, pop the cherry with an easy hello to everyone. I am the proud owner of a 2010 facelift 3.6v8, she is in grey. Previously had an x5, wanted something a bit more agressive, thinks thats the right term..... Anyway the v8 delivers beyond expectations, really eats up the road so hi from me, looking Foward to picking up some decent banter and advice along my way. Peace |
