OK I located the missing fuse.

Actually not all fuse holders are fitted with fuses as you can see from the photo.

You may have misunderstood me a little.

The basic design is the same for Disco, Sport, FFRR, Evoque, Velar, etc. etc. They then wire it for the model it will be fitted to and programme the ECU for that model. Then they put every fuse in for every option “available” on that model. So you may find a gap in a 2013 L320 sport fuse box for “Telephone Interface Module” because the model never had that option but it will be fitted to the 2013 L405 fusebox as it did. The box receives its part number when the BCM inside is programmed. 2019 5.0 SC SVA (Current)

Ah, that makes total sense and reconciles with what’s in the fuse box.
