Purchased led' sand will do it this weekend.

Gonna do the side lights in my front headlight cluster too as they look old and a bit orange. It'll crisp them up a little.

hi everyone,

I installed my 10 today and they certainly give a nicer light.

However...

there are 8 small led's on each "bulb", but not all 8 illuminate. the 4 on the sides illuminate if I put them in one way, whilst the 4 on the top illuminate if I rotate them 180-degrees and slot them in. is this supposed to happen?

whatsmore, when I slotted the bulb in so that the four led's on the top illuminated, they burnt away within a few seconds. does anyone know why this happened?

Yes....some of mine did that too.
Not burnt out but couldn't work out why they didn't work. Flipped them 180 degrees and worked fine!
Transformed the interior. Just have to do the foot wells as I ran out!

Did the side lights and they look great!
It was really easy.

All mine worked, but i got the 13 LED ones, apart from rear interior lights as they were too big, so fitted 8 LED ones and they were also OK, but I got them from a different ebay seller, here

I've written to the supplier asking what he thinks. I've been making sure that I've been pushing them in hard enough, still only 4 of the diodes are illuminating

That's a shame dude.
They were quite cheap so I was kinda expecting 1 or 2 to be duff but they were okay.
I'm actually gonna order some more as I still need to do the front footwells and the rear number plate lights.
The remainder I'll put in my wife's StreetKa!

Does anyone know all the different bulb types we need if doing a full convert to LED? How many T10's are required for the interior?

Unless I'm mistaken, it's 14 for the interior.
2 footwells, 4 doors, 1 front courtesy with 2 map lights, 2 vanity mirror, 2 rear overhead and 1 boot space.

note, that rear passengers are smaller than the others. I used 13 LED's throughout but 8 LED's for those, plus maybe the rear number plate lights are smaller too ?  RR Sport Supercharged Vesuvius Orange 4.2 V8 First edition

I used the same type for all. Think it just the visor lights that are different. Don't forget the glove box and you may as well do the number plate lights. I wouldn't bother with the vanity lights at they'd be you bright IMO.
