I had the exact same problem with the passenger side rear map light, the holder came right out, after fiddling a little I pulled the cable and it came out enough to re connect it 2.7 TDV6

Glad i'm not the only one, it took me ten minutes of finger fidling (pardon the expression) before i managed to reconnect.

Are all the bulbs in the sports the same type? Boot lights, roof lights, puddle lights, glovebox lights, the whole lot?

Mr Pimp, the lights mentioned above are all the same W5W fitment. The sun visor lights I posted above are T5 or 268 bulbs. The 2 front sidelights are also W5W Hope this helps |

I've just done my side lights, great improvement. Waiting for more led's to arrive from flea bay, but only ordered 10, so I'm guessing I'm going to be a few short....

They will certainly give a bulb fault error message. You need at least bulbs with built-in resistors (they suck, as the resistors get hot and eventually fail), I would rather suggest a stand-alone module like this one: http://www.horizonleds.co.uk/led-headlight...ree-module - I've used a similar solution in my LED side marker upgrade and have zero errors. Bear in mind, that while they will look bright and will have a perfect colour, the LED H7 and H8 replacements emit much less luxes compared to regular bulbs and you will actually have worse high beam than before. Probably less noticeable with cornering lights, but I'd definitely install a "superwhite" regular H7 from Osram or other respected brand and not a LED.
