Finished off my interiors and side lights today, headlights were a doddle Thumbs Up
Had a bit of an issue with one of the rear reading lights because when removing the light fitting it separated from the connector within the head liner and it was a real pain to reconnect.

The only bulbs I haven't done are the ones that shine when indicating at slow speeds, anyone recommend a replacement?

I had the exact same problem with the passenger side rear map light, the holder came right out, after fiddling a little I pulled the cable and it came out enough to re connect it Bow down 2.7 TDV6

Glad i'm not the only one, it took me ten minutes of finger fidling (pardon the expression) before i managed to reconnect.

Are all the bulbs in the sports the same type? Boot lights, roof lights, puddle lights, glovebox lights, the whole lot?

I've a 2010 - how many bulbs will I need? I'm guessing:
Boot
Number plate
2 rear map lights
2 rear puddle lights
2 front puddle lights
3 overhead cabin lights
1 glovebox light

Is this right? Have I missed any? What is the link to the bulbs - are they the multi led bulbs linked to in the first page here?

Thanks in advance MY10 HSE 3.0 TDV6 : Santorini Black : Ebony Interior w/Anigre wood : Privacy Glass (total) : Sunroof : Sidesteps : Hybrid TV : Detachable Tow Kit : Spare Wheel Cover : 22" Dished Supersports

Mr Pimp, the lights mentioned above are all the same W5W fitment. The sun visor lights I posted above are T5 or 268 bulbs.

The 2 front sidelights are also W5W

Hope this helps Thumbs Up

So changed all my interior except for the vanity mirror ones. Also did rear number plate lights. Massive improvement and looks great.

Only problem is driver and passenger front puddle lights must be on a different circuit as they only work then the sport is running. If I open the doors they don't come on but all the rest (including rear door puddle lights) do come on.

Also, like right now if I open the door when the sport is running they power fine but as soon as I press the start / stop button and the car powers down all lights except the front door puddle lights come on.

I'm puzzled but does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

I've just done my side lights, great improvement. Waiting for more led's to arrive from flea bay, but only ordered 10, so I'm guessing I'm going to be a few short....
Does anyone know if there are any canbus problems with replacing the H7 high beam, and H8 corner light with Led bulbs, and the indicator bulbs for that matter? 2008 Supercharged Stornaway Grey, 22inch black Stormers

They will certainly give a bulb fault error message. You need at least bulbs with built-in resistors (they suck, as the resistors get hot and eventually fail), I would rather suggest a stand-alone module like this one: http://www.horizonleds.co.uk/led-headlight...ree-module - I've used a similar solution in my LED side marker upgrade and have zero errors.
Bear in mind, that while they will look bright and will have a perfect colour, the LED H7 and H8 replacements emit much less luxes compared to regular bulbs and you will actually have worse high beam than before. Probably less noticeable with cornering lights, but I'd definitely install a "superwhite" regular H7 from Osram or other respected brand and not a LED. Regards etc.,

Wojtek
