i assume yours is the same but with the factory-fitted blipper you get a little green feedback light that flashes every second or so to confirm the heater has been activated! so for example park up and walk a LONG way away into the middle of a shopping centre or underground and have fun seeing if it will still pick up the signal

I don't want to be all gloom and doom, but will activating the FBH using an Indipendant garage not invalidate the Land Rover Warrenty?

Thats what my dealer told me last week Jim. I had some issues with my car and said as a goodwill gesture, maybe they could activate the Timed climate for me. They seemed very helpful initially, but then declined after speaking with JLR, they said that unfortunately JLR would not approve ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i
