| When I did mine I used www.powerfulUK.co.uk for most of it, including the lettering, although I don't think they do the bonnet or boot letters now. |

Had a similar problem, dealer found slot was full of fluff/dust, so card was not engaging fully in slot.
Cleaned it out and SIM card now works fine. |
