If your good with soldering it is just surface mount LEDs on the circuit board failing. They are normally in pairs.
Remove, disassemble, figure out what LED you need and replace.

The injector balance will always go all to 1000 or similar when revving. The balancing is only for idle (otherwise balancing is off).
