Diesel engine oil usually gets pretty black quickly, especially when you have EGR.
I'd just get under the car and give the compressor a good shake, sounds like a loose mount. |

Look for 4ga to 8ga wires leading from the engine block to places on the body. On the TDV6 from memory there is one on each side of the engine. Sometimes the nuts can come undone or water ingress can ... |

Touareg V8 TDI R-line is good too. The boss has one. Leaves my old TDV6 RRS for dead and sounds great.
For touring in varying country and unpredictable weather conditions, the RRS can't be beat. |

8.7L/100km on the gauge.
Average about 9.5-10.0L/100km in reality.
That's about 28-30mpg if you're from the old country...
