location is not a problem. I live in Trinidad, in the Caribbean and was able to use Wigg's service this month, which was fantastic !!!!! I am now all sorted.   |

Not sure if this is the lowest, but it cost about TT$ 120.00 to fill up with Diesel, which is about 10 pounds sterling, or about $ 18.00 US.  |
