what issues are you having with the thermostat.
its just that my 3.0 diesel takes sometimes up to 4 miles before its warmed up.
even in these milder conditions with having now.

The RR will lower from norm almost 2" and raise for off-road from norm a further 2"

just a long shot, but lead acid car battery's hate being drained, they need constant re-charging from the
alternator. a re-charged from zero batt may have had the life sucked out of it.

I spoke to Land rover regarding this fuel consumption issue
and amazingly they have fuel specs for the vehicle when used over a 12 month period.
and for now month 'Jan' the V6 Diesel is stated as ... |
