It could be the pully on the charger itself. I understand early cars suffered but this was a screach as opposed to a knock. I assume it is engine speed related as opposed to road speed.

Please don't post multiple times, and switch your Caps Lock off - capital letters are considered shouting Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support! |

Is the noise coming from the engine or from the suspension? BTW it's a SUPERcharged, not a Supper Charge which is something totally different 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I've edited this topic title so it should attract more attention than the original one.

Homeins, can appreciate you frustration over this problem but PLEASE there isn't any need to add the same post to 3-4 sections of the forum all at once. Suggest you stick them in the technical or modifcations sections. The more often you post the same item the less likely anybody will even look at them, let alone read them and it also gives the admin loads of work sorting them out.

The key is to be patient and work with the dealer to fix the problem. Gather as much information as you can, then go back with printouts etc etc showing that it is a known problem and that it isn't how it should be.
