Hi guys

Hi guys,

I'm Mike Potter. Well this is for hello's so i was looking on google and found this and seen as though I love rangey's thought I'd join.
Im currently 17 studying my A-levels, however I do photography part time as a paid hobby.
I drive an older E34 525ix Touring at the moment but dad's getting me a rangey next year hopefully..I'm still trying to decide as to the Full size or the Sport. I think the sport would suit me a bit better.
Anyhow, if there is anybody near me who'd like some nice photos done of their rangey I'm up for it if i get a ride Very Happy I love range rovers soo much.

Its nice to be here and I hope to look over some good photos and have fun!
Regards
Mike Potter

Hi, I'm a Swede running my own biz in Stockholm, capitol this beautiful country. Being tall, the choice of vehicles I can drive with comfort is pretty limited and that’s one of the primary reasons I love the RRS. The top reason though: it’s f-ing burly! And when I took it for a test spin I knew the Volvo was soon to be history. To hell with patriotism! Both are owned by Ford anyway! Smile

Perhaps you could let us all know which company you are going to use and what bhp and torque figures they are quoting?

United States

Jaime from Orlando, FL. Trying to find a new car for my wife. She wants a car that will move her senses as far as looks and feel. We have been to a few dealers and have narrowed down the search to two vehicles... a Jaguar Vanden Plas and a Land Rover - Range Rover Sport.

If we she decides on the Jaguar I will have to look for a tow vehicle...

She loved the looks and the interior of the RRS... so now I am searching over the forums to look for comments on reliability of this model. I have been reading for the past few days some of the threads here looking for areas that would move us away or validate if this would be a good choice.

Thanks everyone. Greetings from Orlando, FL. Drive Safe!

Welcome wachuko - I'd say go for the RRS (but then I would)! Wink It wins on plenty more levels than the Jag.

Australia

Hi from Down Under.

I am based in an area of Sydney colloquially called 'The Shire". We only have a small number of Range Rovers kicking around down here, and there is, to an extent a lingering quality issue, as the early Discoveries came with Factory Fitted Rust, and had parts die where locally built stuff went for 3,000,000 KMs, as most Ford Falcon Taxis do.

I am in the market for a RRS, and I hope to be driving either one of them, or a Q7 away brand new by July.

Thanks for the great resource.
