Wish you hadn’t mentioned it as thought mine was okay until I looked closely. Now it seems to have reverted to how it was originally with about 2mm protruding at top and generally not fitting correctly.

In for 1st full service tomorrow so will raise it at dealer.

Had full first year service today and all well. They decided that fuel filler cap has warped and need replacement - one on order.

Apparently the early (MY23/MY24) had a fuel cap made that was prone to warping in different temps hence changes over time. They now have a different plastic and mold to make new ones that don’t deform. Let’s see when mine arrives!

Got call today from dealer to say new fuel filler cap had arrived and all painted ready to fit. Apparently needs adjustment as well from inside wheel liner so 2 hour job next week. Will update how it goes…

It fits as it should now and inside is flush with the plastic hinge.

Not sure about new part number but it definitely feels stiffer and it came pre painted from factory. Was told they have changed the material to stop warping - which did seem to happen to mine in different temps.
