Took mine in today for the MHEV recall and had reported the flap when I booked it in.

Not exactly sure what they did, but now it fits!

@JDPRRSUK That looks much better. Do you know if it's a replacement, or did they make some adjustments?

Mine has been in for this, I’ve been told it needs a spare that is on back order and could be months.

Looking at my flaps again today I think they've gone the other way and have actually improved a little. Still not perfect, but better than they were. All very odd.

Mine is the original. Not sure what they did but huge improvement..

Mine was at the dealer in Motherwell yesterday to sort out the squeaking roof lining around rear view mirror (which they sorted) I pointed out the two filler flaps alignment issues to the techy chap who said mine were better than most. He said he could have a go with a heat gun but it could make it worse. Decided to leave it - its not that bad - so far (collected 23 December and done 1600 miles) 2024 Firenza Red P460e Dynamic SE

Alignment much improved and colour match is perfect!

Picked mine up and thanks to the forum looked for the fuel flap alignment, and it was slightly askew. Technician had a go at adjusting it and improved the line up. But they have ordered a new mechanism….

Hi,

Filler door has started to “grow” outwards again.

Compared mine to a new car in the showroom when it was in for the Pivi issue so I grumbled all over the dealer.

Apparently, if it’s not the door/flap then it’s the “surround”.

Part was on back order (funny old thing) but has arrived today.

Car booked in for 7th August to have it fitted - 2hr job as the OSR wheel arch liner has to come out!!

Thanks for update @scrumps. Mine is still okay but have noticed it is not quite as flush as when they first fixed it.

Two hour job as wheel arch liner has to come out!

Flap is now fitting better than it ever has.

Mine was ok when pickked it up, but now three momthes later its starting to protrude a bit along the bottom edge.

How are everyone's flaps now?

One of mine is OK currently but the other has got worse and is awful at the moment. I haven't had mine looked at yet, but I think I'll mention it when it's in to have the creaky suspension looked at. 2023 P440e Dynamic SE
