L320 2011 stereo/ dvd/ Bluetooth issue

Hi guys I have an issue with my infotainment system, basically firstly when you unlock the car it takes longer to boot up( ie the land rover symbol takes longer to load up in the screen)
Then I'll be driving along and there will be like a small pop noise and it just shuts off, if I pull the fuse and put it back, it comes back to life the eventually does the same

So far I've changed the battery, checked the alternator done a ecu reset, pulled and checked every fuse and nothing has changed.

I am wondering if anyone has come across this or a similar issue, as am really not sure what to look at next

Usually the Bluetooth unit or amp.

You can buy a MOST orange bypass cable off eBay to remove the Bluetooth to see if that gets rid of the problem. To help diagnostics.

You could be right with blue tooth as every now an again it won't connect to my phone, is the Bluetooth module in the boot behind the drivers side panel?

I got a friend breaking one, maybe if he is selling the modules cheap I might just buy them off him but the Bluetooth one is definitely a target due to connectivity issues in the past.

I think you may find the Bluetooth module is a integrated part of the IAM unit on a facelift vehicle, not a separate unit in the boot.

Cheers

2011 should be older system. But it is a bit close to the 2012 changer over.
