First try turning the temperature settings up to nearly maximum, to rule any control issues out.

Thanks Andy for the reply. I have turned the temp controls to full and still have the issue. Is replacing a big/expensive fix?? |

It depends if there are joints inside to make things easy. If no joints, the dash has to come out.

Thank you, my Range Rover sport is 2010 facelift model so are the instructions the same as the one in that thread you linked to. |
