As DM has said, pretty sure it will be the earthing point under the n/s/f wheel arch liner snapped off due to galvanic corrosion. Had the o/s/f go on mine, replaced it with the LR approved repair stud & checked the n/s and it literally fell off in my hand |

Posted this earlier in the month:
Took it to a local independent LR specialist on Monday after not being able to lock the car for two weeks. Car behaved perfectly when there, and has been fine ever since. When I checked for a fault code earlier in the month there were three "High speed CAN communication bus" intermittent errors (U0001-87; U0011-87; U0001-82) and a historic "Control module microprocessor B" (U1A4B-47) error, along with others. Any thoughts on this - sounds like a similar earth fault, but no idea where this would be to check. |
