I'm just about to buy a 13 plate Rrs hse black from a land rover dealer I am having a bit of a wobble at the moment a lot of people are say that 3.0 sd engine is a bit of a pig so I thought I would ask the people that know. Thanks

New to Range Rover even that I been thinking of buying one since Evoque came out...weird I know.
Also this is gonna be a weird transition, I'm told, as I changed from a Porsche Cayman to a much bigger beast, a RRS HSE P440e thats expected to be delivered this quarter.
(also bought the car without a test drive as it hadn't come out yet hehe)

Hello all,
Had several P38s and considered them to be the last real Land rover. (sensible workable chassis)
The RRS mk1 is probably the last Range Rover that really looks like one.
I resisted for a while but now have a 2012RRS.
It looks nice, it drives nice, but the deeper I delve, the more I suspect I bought a space shuttle!
I'm terrified at the thought of having to work on this.

Yes I no that feeling very much, I’ve been in a relationship we our RRS Red Edition for 10 months and spent an absolute fortune. For a car with 39,000 miles she constantly Is flexing my credit card. I’m now pondering on divorce proceedings, as I’ve got my eye on a younger fit and sport Mercedes 🤫

Having time and time again been pointed to this forum when searching Google I have found a lot of very useful information.

However I have never really had much to post or to offer, so never signed up. I am now at a point where I need some help and have something to post, I am hoping I can pull from the vast knowledge on here that has helped so many others, and perhaps going forward I will be able to contribute to this great site.

I'm fairly new to Land rovers, having owned a discovery 3 for 4.5 years and now owning a RS late 2011 model in Buckingham Blue since may 22 .

I have used various forums over the years and hope that this one is as friendly and informative as the others,
