Nice find, I'm replacing the pcv shortly. New plugs are fitted misfire counts drastically reduced but the engine was getting warm by then sooooo let's see. I'm sure there is a vacuum leak so will need to smoke test as well I'm going to be using a glow plug in my DIY smoke machine.

Whilst the super charger is torn down might be worth upgrading the pulley. Maybe also checking out your fuel injectors and the seals.

atleast the MAP sensor, knock sensors, air temp sensor I think.

Aren’t those sensors down the back of the engine? My smoke leak is at the OS front corner right beside cylinder 1. 2002 Range Rover 4.6 Vogue SE - Alveston Red with Lightstone Leather

While the SC is off, check/replace the plastic coolant pipes |

They are but since the SC is off it makes life easier. |

one thing, the valve cover gasket seems a bit short for me, so I cut some from the old gasket and merged together with gasket maker.

fair enough, i might have to get off my backside and fit em, but currently got a new shiny project in an E39 M5, and the bikes are requiring some time
