Has anyone else noticed since the last software update (mine updated on 16th may) that the online media and live apps will not connect via the Sim card? After the update i started getting usage capacity error messages like a number of others had mentioned which has now been resolved (not sure how). However, I cannot get the online media or live apps to function. The 4G signal is showing on the display and the sim has loads of data remaining.

I know the sim is working as the sat nav searches for destination “online” and the live traffic updates also appear. I can also hotspot my phone to the car and then use apple carplay without any issues. Hence sim must be working and since the last update its somehow knocked out the ability for the car to use incontrol functions.

Car has been at garage for 2 weeks for them trying to sort. They’ve even changed the TMU but still the same. They reckon its the sim card but the sim has been the same card I’ve had in the car for almost 2 years with no issues. I’ve ordered a new sim but i doubt that will resolve things.

Im having same problem intermittently.....
One day it works fine, next it just keeps saying "try again" when i goto online media.....
Really frustrating, any ideas of what to try?
