Yes mine came with a control module that gave the same option to go off with headlight or sidelights depending on how you wired them but i didnt want them to go off at all so i bought a new dimmer module off amazon only about £12 this then dimmed the drl 50% when dipped come on so you can have drl on with sidelights and drl would be at 100% brightness but as soon as dipped is switched on drl still stay on but at 50% as mentioned.

Just out of interest, does the A/B not have approach lights in the mirrors as standard or was it a option?

Are yours the proper Land Rover ones? Mine have broke the module on them burnt out and popped one of the bulbs so going to order new set but would like mine to stay on all time so I was just not going to wire into the side lights. But if they dimmed that would be good. What kit do I need for that only the dead truely know peace, Bootneck its not a job its a way of life! |
