No the wiring won’t be there.

Ppl sometimes fit D4 BT units.
Which require 2 wires and an optical bus connection.
And enabling with gap iid

On the assumption you have a high spec model with amp under seat and/or lcd display

If you don’t get your nav working and want a rear cam look at this.

You buy a most cable with 3 connectors on it.
A bit like this:

And then connect it, where there is already a most port.
e.g by the headunit or in the rear boot (right)

So the head unit or the amp under the seat if I mount it under the seat could I pick up the power from the amp too or would it interfere with the signals

yes you could connect to the most at the amp.

I've not heard anyone choose that option. (maybe because there is no physical space, or its likely to be kicked or nothing to fix it to.

I would have to check if there was a suitable power connection at the amp. (even if there wasn't, it not difficult to run a wire from the dash)

People usually put them behind the dash, to one side of the headunit I believe

So turns out not all D4 units have the same fibre optical socket and I have got one that hasn’t

you have one with no fibre socket at all ?

I nearly fell into a similar trap.
It is confussing.

Have a good read here. I believe its the big retangular unit that is needed.
And exact part number.

I don't know off hand.
If that is what the link says, and assuming the connector only has 2 rows of pins
