L320 supercharged poor cabin heat

Hi. Our L320 cabin heating does not get as hot as it should do and the passenger side only blows cold.
Is this something to do with the blend motors or could it be an auxiliary water pump failing?
The reason I mention the latter is because of a bmw video I saw that had just that problem.
The aux pump had failed so hot water was not being pushed through the heater matrix fast enough to give sufficient heat to the cabin.
I'm not sure if the RR has a similar set up.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

The matrix gets blocked in the diesels to cause this. Probably favourite.

Jags have pumps but that would effect both sides

Done many matrixes (?) on diesel models, coolant gels up in the LH extremities, and restricts flow to the passenger side

I would imagine petrol models would suffer the same fate

Maybe a powerful back flush?
Could it have anything to do with my lpg acting up as that uses coolant to regulate.

Regular coolant changes

Flushing will likely do nothing, other than waste time and dilute your coolant mixture

How can a flush dilute the coolant if it's replaced after. Confused.com

No one mentioned anything about replacing the coolant, only flushing the matrix... Confused

Most people will flush the matrix, connect the hoses and top up with water. Not many will have a couple litres of anti freeze to replenish when done
