Post a pic of damaged area,chips on screens have changed a lot on mot now,you can have a crack from one side to the other & as long as it doesnât affect drivers view itâs a pass. Andy.

If it's out of the way, say very low in the windscreen, and there's not other "real" problems with the car, I'd expect a reasonable MOT tester to make a note of it but pass the car otherwise. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

I raised the issue with Portsmouth LR and was advised that it wouldnt be an issue. It is having a "resin injection" tomorrow so hopefully will be invisible afterwards.

Full service and MOT all done - just need the windscreen guy to sort tomorrow and all happy.
