Checked all the plugs just now, no oil on any of them |

All I can say is measure and check the plug gaps. There is probably a compromise setting between petrol and lpg (so prob not factory setting)

Just did quick compression test, 150psi across the board for that bank. Just to check the passenger side bank, that's bank 2 right?

My short term fuel trim at idle in Park is 47%. There's defo a vacuum leak somewhere, and I've just got a lean code |

Plug you dip stick hole with a cork then and see if it sorts it.
