Air con help?

I have a 2016 RRS Autobviography. I’m currently getting cold air on the passenger side but not from driver or rear seat vents? Anyone encountered this problem and solution? 2016 RRS Autobiography Fuji White with full blackout - first RRS owned.

I had exactly the same on my previous 2016 RRS. Needed to be re-gased. Then ended up with a damaged condenser but I think that was after the re-gas as there was 1/3 gas in it when it went for re-gas. Two months later when it failed, it had none in it. 2018 SVR

Thanks for the heads up - luckily there were no leaks and it just needed a regas. Was at 70/800 level. Said normally in RRS when they go below 80 in the gas they will only supply cold air to one side. Cost £125, luckily as mine is only 4 weeks old (used 4yo) they said they’d give me the money. Which is great. 2016 RRS Autobiography Fuji White with full blackout - first RRS owned.

Just like mine was. I was lucky I got mine with a year warranty. First re-gas dealer paid for. New condenser and re-gas was about £750, warranty paid in full 2018 SVR

i have just been told by a main dealer that they should never need to be recharged as they are a sealed unit

They’re all sealed units, yet Halfords, KwikFit et al all seem to do enough re-gassing to pay for a machine. RRS MY17 SDV6 AB

Mines now gone back to not being cold? Despite only being regassed 4 weeks ago!? Anyone any thoughts? I do have an independent warranty so hoping it’s covered? I’m based in Wirral, should I take it to a local independent or a specialist? 2016 RRS Autobiography Fuji White with full blackout - first RRS owned.

The weirdest thing is when I do the air con through the front seats on cold temp, it’s pumping through air con cold. So how can that be? 2016 RRS Autobiography Fuji White with full blackout - first RRS owned.
