With the coronavirus keeping us all at home at the moment I Finally got chance to take a couple of photos of my 2007 rrs
So far I have replaced the grill, side vents, Range Rover bonnet and tailgate badges, front and rear land rover badges to black & silver and the lower tailgate trim blacked. Next change the wheels which are 22" to black 20"








Don't know why photos are upside down, how do I get them the right way???

Was looking at buying a new Defender 90 but stuff that in the current climate.

So now looking for a 2010+ TDV8 once this is all over..

Hi all, got started with a 2006 Freelander which had 202k on the clock and still going strong but now upgraded to a RRS 2011 3.0l. Only had for around 6 months, bit like Marmite at the moment but im sure ill get to like it once the niggles are sorted

After toying with the idea for a few years and generally scared my pockets may not be deep enough, we have taken the plunge and took delivery of our 2012 RRS SDV6 HSE Luxury on Wednesday. High mileage with Full Service History. Sadly only read about the Crankshaft issue on Thursday after delivery so fingers crossed all will be well.

Looking forward to learning lots from this site as I have only had Mercs in the past.

Am running 2006 range rover sport 2.7 hse in silver black 22" wheels don't ask me what they are
Was on it when i got it had
It 2 years and love it had a bmw
M5 e34 before but must admit
I love this more had a few problems
Replaced suspension compressor
And two front legs and 1 injector
But apart from that been trouble free

Thank you for my acceptance to the group.
I have a 2007 TDV8 HSE Stornaway Grey With a HST body kit and a 2012 SDV6 Autobiography White.

I have owned the for several years now and have fixed and have had various parts replaced.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction with a problem I'm having on the 2007 TDV8.

I recently had the starter motor replaced and after collection I noticed that the central locking did not work with the key to lock or unlock the vehicle.

I went back to the independent land rover repairer, they plugged it in but the young man seemed at a bit of a loss.

I have two keys one I use all the time and a spare that the battery refused to recharge on.

My all the time ke was working perfectly so I don't suspect it and it starts the car.

The other key I sent off for a new battery and case to be fitted so as yet it's a don't know if it work.

The central locking will lock an unlock with the buttons on the dash and the car will lock when I start driving.

I suspect a fuse or something related to the remote part of the system is faulty.
I don't have a manual to look at the fuse box layouts and any I can find on the net are poor.

I was wondering if anyone had any pointers please?

hi everyone i come from owning defenders for many years but needed something more comfy (the wife lol )over the last year tried a octavia scout not tuff enough then i looked at shogun/land cruiser ended up with a shogun very well built but it's just soleless same as most jap 4x4 and drives like a barge so i'm coming back to the fold i've seen a very nice rrs 2009 tdv8 hse only 30k near me very tempted looks and sounds mint i was concerned about turbos but the more i read about prevention the less i'm bothered

Moved back to land rover after a flirt with BMW formally owner of 2005 D3 that I wish I never sold so am still on the D3 side of the site.

Taking a look on how it’s going on “the dark side”, might be interested in replacing our other vehicle with a very late model year L320. I’m spending too much time on the disco3.co.uk site already as it is, though.
