It's very easy to snag the seal on the drivers manifold when refitting

As I actually had a bit of time while there was some daylight, I had a look around as best I could in the engine bay. Doesn't seem to be any oil anywhere near the top and cant see any looking down all the possible gaps with a bright torch, so it must be coming from somewhere a bit lower down that can't be seen from above.

Another thing I just thought of that I hadn’t mentioned. It only leaks with the engine running. Don’t know if that narrows anything down? 2010 RRS 3.0 TDV6 HSE

As much as I was hoping it’s not going to be the inlet manifold, it just seems too much of a coincidence for it not to be. Started leaking almost straight after having it replaced. Was completely fine before that.

Looks like you were right! Took it over to 4 W Motors on Tuesday and he spotted it straight away. So he's got it back in today and is fitting a new manifold gasket for me. 2010 RRS 3.0 TDV6 HSE 1992 Mazda RX7 FD3S |
