Newbie here. I've had a Freelnder 2 for 2 years and have now taken early retirement . Have just bought a 2008, black RRS TDV8. Looks a great site to get info, I have a few upgrades planned so may share those later. I do have an ACC and cruise control problem if anyone can shed light on it. I'll post as a new thread.

Hello everyone, I am going to look at a RRS on Thursday, with the plan to buy it.
Been away from Land Rover for 5 years or so when I changed from a Disco 2.
Looking forward to getting back behind the wheel of a proper 4x4 and maybe getting some mud on my tyres again.

Update:
Didn’t buy it, I wasn’t offered enough for mine, for me to afford the service to change the timing belts and coupled with the risk of the crankshaft issue, need to get a warranty, I felt it was just too big a financial risk (I owned a Disco 2 that got hit with the Oil Pump issue, and have already bought a new engine for a Land Rover). Also there was damage to the rear driver side speaker grill that’s asn’t mentioned anywhere in the write ups for the car.

If you don’t mind I’ll continue to lurk, in case I convince myself I’ve made the wrong decision.

Pick up the sport at the weekend. Going to need belts and oil pump doing so im here for advice. i have been told to look for a man named flack.

Hi all, don’t yet own a RRS but I’m looking at getting a 4.2 SC 05-08 more than likely.
Not new to LR though I have a TD5 90 I use for off roading.
Looking forward to advice and reading guides and posts on here.

Hi , I've been a fan of Range Rovers since I bought a classic many years ago. Since then I've owned four classics and three P38s. Unfortunately the P38s proved unreliable and as I relied on them for business , I had to change. I've tried BMW X5 IZUZU pickup and Volvo XC90. All niceish. Now since summer 2019 a RRSport HSE 2.7 but fabulous. Until after 10k dash problems. Until I started to look for answers I didn't know this site existed. I hope I'm able to find the answers. I'm looking at putting spacers on my new RRS, (2020 RR Sport HSE, 3.0 SDV6, 22" wheels).

Looking at 15mm each side on the rear, 10mm each side on the front.

I've only been able to find 20mm and bigger so far, any ideas?
