I just bought a range rover sport year 2005, 2.7 diesel gearbox auto, Left steering
I want to replace the engine and wish to have some advice removing and install. I intend to buy the L320 engine in England, where I have family, to get it cheaper, because of shipping and customs fees.

always used to fix em myself , first rangey was a silver 4 speed v8 , discos , then tdv6 , by the time i got the RRs i was getting my van done at garages so the RRs went same way . but now given up em. so have started to get back to fixing em myself , hence gettinmg on here to learn and share .

Hi everybody.

I have just taken the plunge and got myself a 2008 RRS SE.

I have had Land Rovers in the past from Series 3, Discovery 1, and most recent a 90 Heritage & Defender 110.

I am looking forward to getting involved in RRS ownership, and chatting to you all in the future.

For now though, can anyone recommend a Specialist garage in West Lancashire area for me to get the car checked over?

I know they are complicated beasts, and want to be sure mines a good 'un.

Hi all thinking of buying a RRS had a D3 up until may this year when i wanted a change and bought a Jaguar XF 3.0. My wife then got anther Labrador and we cant fit them in the Jag so we need something with a boot. I will be reading up and hopefully getting one soon.

Just picked up a RR sport 2010 HSE with 70000 miles on the 23rd December 2019 , had a lot of RR before but this is my first sport , really impresssed with it , drove straight down to JR tuning in Kent and had a Ecu remap and gearbox map

Wow !! Now it pulls like anything , got a few things I want to do it but this one will become a keeper for a while , none work , workhorse
